*Please refrain from queuing / lining up in the Nitori shop before our store opens. Thank you for your cooperation.
★IMPORTANT NOTICE★ Due to shortage in stock, there will be no picture books in our mega hot summer sale this year. While this is a popular category, a meager selection would actually cause more disappointment for customers who make the time and effort to visit, so we decided to forego selling them this year. Books for older children such as chapter books and novels will be available. The store requests your kind understanding.
* Point card: 5 Kinokuniya points for every 100 yen purchase of imported books and bargain sale books.
* We provide free delivery to one location in Japan for purchases over 8,000 yen. Please allow a few days for processing.
* Bargain books need to be selected in person and paid for in our store, and cannot be purchased online/over the phone. Also, staff cannot answer stock inquiries for these items as they are not listed on a database. Books cannot be transferred to another branch for purchase.
* We do not accept returns for bargain sale items. Customers are encouraged to look at items very carefully. There may be slight tears or damage to the books.
*Because of large crowds and long lines/queues, we cannot gift-wrap or put paper covers on your purchases during the bargain sale. We request your kind understanding.
* Bargain books are not part of the Pro Card service. We apologize for the inconvenience.
